36th Annual Yellowstone Rod Run

Tursday August 6 , 2009:

      Registration at Holiday Inn Haden Room: Noon - 5 p.m. 

Friday August 7, 2009:

• Registration 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Cruise to Yellowstone with Gary Carter 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Relax enjoy town 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
• Ice Cream Social Hayden Hall  6:30 until gone
• Band at city park 7:30 p.m.

Saturday August 8, 2009

• Registration opens at city park 10 a.m.
• Parade: Starts at 10 a.m. (Cars will line up starting on Firehole Ave., please do not line up on Yellowstone Ave. Show and Shine at city park 10:30 a.m to 3 p.m. (Please do not park until after the parade, we would like all of the cars in the parade).
• Big Brothers Big Sisters will be having lunch, please support them!
• Kids games begin at 1 p.m.
• Poker walks 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• Dinner break 3 p.m. to 6 p.m
• Awards, trophies, raffles* 6:30 p.m. Hayden Hall Holday Inn
• Entertainment (Ringling 5) will follow awards

* Must be present to win

Sunday August 9 ,2009:

      Time to say goodbye until next year and to wish everyone a good trip back home!!
